So far I've fallen off 3 times this year, twice when riding in the same shirt, and both those falls riding a new horse for the first time. What about you?
I have a 13 y/o warmblood mare I used to jump lightly, but now she just hangs out in the pasture with the occasional trail ride. Thing is a few months ago her hind end/legs started to crack and click when she walked. I bought her pure MSM and on the directions it said to give her 2 scoops (9,000 mg each scoop) daily for a week then go back to one scoop. Well, it's been a few months and she's still getting 2 scoops a day, so that's 18,000 mg of MSM daily. Is that safe? She seems perfectly fine, and I barely if at all hear the cracking/clicking...
