and how do they always know when your getting close
@~Mini Lover~
yes they are
@horselover678
yes they are
by using poisons forcing only the roaches with freak immunities to survive
and how bout stomping on them, we are forcing only the fast and sneaky to live.
My gelding has been lame for close to 2.5 weeks now. Hes not so lame he can't walk, hes just a teeny bit off in his trot and walk. You can't notice at a lope. Its in his front left, Some say its an abcess further up in his hoof probably that we can't tell is even there. I don't plan on calling a vet out unless He can't walk or something. I haven't been riding him obviously. I tried to keep him in a pen to restrict his movement and he was just beside himself pacing the pen so i put him back in the pasture. No use in getting himself more sore being frantic in a pen right.
Has anyone ever experienced this? There is NOTHING i can find wrong with him. He just has a slight limp in his trot thats barely noticeable. No one else could notice but instinct told me he was sore. I have buted him on days he is really sore. I barrel raced him this season, he is on a joint supplement. But trust me, this horse was not running to get arthiritis or anything.
Just stumped at what it could be? Help
Cajun, Im laughing right now. Do you think im stupid? No i am not calling a vet for them to tell me its an abcess. Its not a joint thing, theres no heat. Even if it is, Its not going to get bad to a point where i can't ride him. LOL, acting like im dumb. Im not going to need to put my horse down becuase he has a VERY slight limp in his front left. wowza.
Girlie, Im not being cruel, Hence why i asked on here if anyone has ever experienced this. I have the top notch farrier round here working on my barrel horses. This horse has a VERY slight limp at the trot. You all act as if he has broken bones and im beating the crap out of him. For all i know, He could have gotten kicked in the pasture.
Heather - Thanks, I dont want to have a vet look at him for an abcess. I am not riding this horse, or using him. I take him out and groom him and check if hes still lame...
Also, I know a lot of horses that go very lame when they have abcesses. He is not one of those horses, he had an abcess at one point and we didnt know.
I think people need to stop dwelling on the fact IM NOT CALLING THE VET... this horse has had the best care, with the best chiropractor we fly in that works on the NFR horses. So if anyone has EXPERIENCED this, let me know. Im not calling the vet.
Hi, Just got two grey arabs, i like to say white :) so there names are Misty and Lori...the problem is Lori isnt thee best horse name in the world. I know it helps if you know the horse a bit so: Lori is very arab (pure bred)! but not high strung. very friendly, loves to go! and is nice and easy going..although she is still a arab :P so she is a sound arab, also she is all "grey" and flea bitten brown. Thnx!
P.S: also do you know how much it costs to register a horse in Canada/Alberta? Thnx!
Yes I am well aware that white/grey horses are more prone to cancer and tumors.
Sorry Warren____. but she is a rescue horse so all we have is papers with the vet check :/ and a couple other test results....and no she does not acually know her name
