A long list of animal feed products, including horse feed has been seized by the FDA. The feeds were found to be contaminated with rodent urine, feces and hair and bags showed signs of rodent chewing and bird contamination. The products were sold by the Bi-County Farm Bureau Cooperative Association in Kentucky. The FDA has a complete list of the questionable feeds on their website. If you have purchased any of the products on the list the FDA is recommending you dispose of it and wash your hands (and any containers used for storage) thoroughly.
