Now if someone offered me a horse neck, I'd reply that I hoped the rest of the horse came along with it. But if I refused I might be missing out on an interesting taste experience. Don't worry, this horse neck comes in a glass decorated with a bit of lemon peel. I think I'd prefer the mocktail version. With lots of ice.
