We've all heard the axiom 'buyer beware'. But on the internet 'seller beware' is equally applicable. If you've tried to buy or sell a horse online, there is a good chance you've been contacted by a scammer who will deliver big promises but little else.

Blocksdorf I haven't advertised many horses online, but when I have, I have at received at least one bogus offer, usually promising to send a large amount of money beyond the asking price of the horse, and things just get more 'interesting' from there. Lots of online buyers and sellers have run into money laundering schemes like this. Have you been approached by an scammer, when either buying or selling a horse.
