Horse surfing makes waves on Manatee County beaches While this looks like a lot of fun, I do have some safety concerns for both horses and humans. How safe is being dragged by a horse's tail, or falling off into the water amongst the horses legs? And what is the effect of horses being exposed to salt water frequently. Maybe I'm a curmudgeon, but I'm not wild about the idea of horses being used as boats. What do you think? Leave your comments below.
