Horse Gestation

I have a 4 year old Paint mare and I want to start to work on leads and flying leads with her. How do I introduce leads to her (so that she knows when she is right and when she is wrong) and flying leads. I know the cue to give for flying leads but is this all I do? Thanks! Any tips are welcome :)
