Horse Gestation

So I am 16 years old. I really want to take jumping lessons, but I do not know that I would have the time. I am going to have 2 AP classes next year, be on the golf team (which is 3 days per week), and I have my own horse (that I take care of on Mon., Wed., Fri., Sat.). My horse can't jump because she had epiphycitis, and I don't keep her at a stable, I board in my friend's backyard for $150 a month. Not to mention that I have NO money to take lessons. Does anyone know how I could come up with money or work off the price of lessons? Thanks for your help Also, I used to ride hunter/ jumper and I have been riding for 11 years I am getting a job this summer and will make $2000, that way I have my horse covered for the school year and I have a little extra money.
